Biography
Our lead attorney, Kristin Moye, has practiced law since 2010. She previously worked for the Arizona Supreme Court developing training materials for court staff, judges and judicial officers. In addition to her work there, she developed a curriculum and served as a professor and subject matter expert at Arizona Summit Law School. She also worked at the State Bar of Arizona providing guidance to attorney business owners on business succession planning and teaching numerous continuing education classes. Attorney Moye is described as having a “teacher’s heart” which enables her to make complicated legal concepts easy to understand for her clients.
Attorney Moye is active in the legal community, having published articles in the areas of estate planning and employment law. As the daughter of a military veteran, she spends time volunteering for organizations that exclusively serve active service members as well as veterans. She is involved with other community organizations as well including the United Way.
